I have finally decided what my final year project will be. The title of the project is Customizable Web Page and guess what; the project will be a customizable web page. In more detail, and as far as I know so early in the projects’ life, I will develop a portal which lets users fully customize their page layout. Moreover, the portal will offer some predefined modules (or widgets) that users will be able to drag and drop on the selected area of the page. For a more original approach I’m thinking on offering both, a public and a private page for users to customize. This will increase functionality of the project as not only a clone of Live.com and Google Homepage but a combination of the features of the above with features from Blogger and Live Spaces.
